Scheduling a Visit
The E. W. Scripps School of Journalism offers an information session at 1 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, and at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please call 740-593-2591 or email depeel@ohio.edu to schedule a visit.
The Admissions Office offers general university information sessions and campus tours which can be scheduled at http://www.ohio.edu/admissions/visit/schedulefreshmanvisit.cfm. If you are a prospective student visiting on a Monday or Friday and are interested in seeing the broadcast facilities while you are on campus, we recommend that you attend the "Admitted Students" session (11 a.m.-1 p.m.) with the Admissions Office. The 2-4 p.m. "Prospective Students" sessions on Mondays and Fridays won't allow you enough time for a tour of the broadcast facilities. If you don't want to see the broadcast facilities, you should have time to make it to the 2-4 p.m. session. Otherwise, if you visit on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday there should be no problem.
