Rosenweig (BSJ ’71) reflects on 9/11 coverage
by Robert Stewart, Director; Professor
JSchool alum Marc Rosenweig’s recent column takes a look at how three journalists covered 9/11.

Rosenweig, a communication professor at Montclair State University in New Jersey, writes that “One [journalist] was nearly buried as one of the twin towers of the World Trade Center fell, another was over the scene in a traffic helicopter, and the third was running a New York television newsroom.”
There will be lots of coverage of 9/11 events associated with the upcoming 10th anniversary of that day. Rosenweig provides keen insights into the lives of journalists who covered the story.
