High school students come from 12 states for workshop

by Robert Stewart, Director

This year’s High School Journalism Workshop is providing 90 students the opportunity to learn multimedia reporting. The students are from twelve states, with students from as far away as Florida, Alabama, and Oregon.

Listen to Justice Hill’s opening day discussion about how journalism needs to remake itself to appeal to young people.

Here are more photos of the workshop, which started Thursday afternoon (June 28) and continues through Saturday.
