Bob Benz is a partner in Maroon Ventures. He previously served as vice president of interactive media for E.W. Scripps Co.'s newspaper division, where he managed the installation of content management systems, as well as a staff that handled ad serving, sales, operations, product management, search engine marketing and programming. The highlight of his journalism career came in 1994, when he was an editor on "The Plutonium Experiment," which earned a Pulitzer Prize for reporter Eileen Welsome and The Albuquerque Tribune. Andrew W. Thornhill is a communications professional, researcher, and veteran strategist, with a special interest in the implications of digital technologies for the communications industry, education, and the general public. During more than 35 years in the communications industry, he has written for public affairs in broadcast television, managed a cable television channel, developed marketing campaigns for large and small businesses, and created the Integrated Television Department at one school and the New School for Community Education at another.
