Morning co-anchor needed at KWWL TV
Very successful top 100 Midwestern powerhouse station seeks a dynamic leader to join our Emmy-award winning morning team. We need someone who can do a lot more than just read a teleprompter. Your personality, leadership, community involvement, ad lib skills and ability to complement our popular female co-anchor will land you this job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to anchoring our morning show, you’ll also anchor at noon and do occasional special reports. Our anchors also make significant contributions to our website and social media platforms, as well as representing the station at community functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is absolutely NOT an entry-level job. You’ll need a minimum of four years’ experience reporting and anchoring. Experience producing (iNews) and editing (non-linear) is also helpful.
