Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital seeks summer intern
Summer intern needed at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville, Ohio to work with the Development Director and Service Excellence Coach. Intern will gain portfolio work samples; opportunity to initiate, manage and finalize projects; opportunity to work in the President’s office at one of central Ohio’s largest health care providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help research, write and develop various communication pieces, including print, newsletter articles and video
• Assist with special event planning and other development duties as assigned
• Work with various hospital department managers to create a tracking and analysis tool for tracking patient satisfaction dataQUALIFICATIONS:
Journalism major preferred; Communications and/or Hospital Administration majors welcome to apply. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must have strong computer skills, be able to navigate new programs, and be strong in Microsoft Excel. Professional dress required daily.
