We are proud to offer the FINNstitute - a training program for both college students and recent graduates that ,bintroduces young professionals to the dynamic and inspired way we do public relations.
Partner in Training Program
FINNstitute offers college graduates a unique training program that combines client-focused responsibilities with practical skills training. Candidates will gain valuable professional experience that will allow them to better position themselves within Finn Partners - and within the public relations industry.
The twice-a-year program - beginning in July and January - runs 3-6 months, dependent on the participant’s completion of the FINNtraining curriculum. We are looking for applicants who possess a balance of leadership skills, technical aptitude and communications talent, combined with creativity, energy and dedication.
